I did not even have the name of it right -- the librarian who helped me was VERY, VERY POLITE, very helpful, and while a current volume of the book was not available in any PA library he searched, he found me the phone number and website of the Bucks County Bar Association -- who most certainly have the book and can help me out further. WHAT A GREAT SERVICE! This is wonderful! This service saved me easily 20-30 hours of solid work and countless hours of frustration. GO PA LIBRARIES!
